But when she took her chemtrail fallout sample to an EPA-approved lab, it had to be diluted five times in order to get a reading. The Aluminum measured in the fallout was literally off the scale - “out of range and abnormal” as the lab told Sandra. But so many of the health safety limits have been changed or removed, she couldn't even find EPA safety levels for the levels of barium also recorded by the lab. The arsenic levels - most likely from contaminated groundwater - were extremely high.

The Barium readings in Tampa echo high barium readings found in city lab tests of rainwater after it passed through chemtrails over Edmonton, Alberta. As barium becomes scarce for medical use as a disease tracer in hospitals, the state government of California is also reporting very high levels of barium - with no known industrial source.

The World Health Organization in Geneva, Switzerland estimates the natural concentration of barium in the air to be less than 0.05 µg/ litre.

Batch Number C3864 of the lab test #080207.14 now in my hands found barium in the chemtrails fallout at 0.05U. According to the WHO: “Barium doses as low as 0.2-0.5 g have been found to lead to toxic effects in adult human beings. Recent studies from the USA showed exposure levels in drinking-water ranging from 1 to 20 µg/litre.

Absorption may be significantly higher in children. Absorbed barium enters the bloodstream and various soft tissues, and is deposited in the bone and are toxic. Acute effects of barium ingestion include salivation, nausea, diarrhoea, twitching, flaccid paralysis of skeletal muscle, respiratory muscle paralysis, and ventricular fibrillation that may lead to death.

“Clinical features of barium poisoning include: acute gastroenteritis” - a commonly reported symptom of chemtrail-related illness.

The European Economic Community classifies barium as a poisonous substance. Labels must read: “Harmful by inhalation - avoid contact with skin.”

Louisiana News 12 TV carried a story on chemtrails story that included lab tests showing barium falling from the sky at 3-times toxic levels set by EPA.

Then the mayor called her to say that the county monitoring system was picking up arsenic in its air and water. Also barium, aluminum and something radioactive - radon, perhaps.

Sandra is a Registered Nurse. On a recent heavy spray day at her local hospital, a doctor told her, “Hey this is through the roof. Don't get sick now because there's no room.”

Doctors described the sudden epidemic as “unknown viral upper respiratory.”

Sandra sent me pages of obituaries for people who died suddenly after heavy spraying - and were not that old. “Look at those ages,” she told me over the phone. “lt's shocking.”

Shortly after she went to the mayor and country commissioner with her chemtrails concerns, strange cars, trucks and vans started parking in front or patrolling past her house.

The privately contracted surveillance kicked in about three months ago when she went to the city and federal officials. “It's really worse the last seven or eight weeks,” she says.

One night when her husband was away traveling she “shot up in bed facing a big white Hummer sitting there with engine running. She turned on the lights, turned up the stereo and “put a flashlight on them.”

She called the phone company, saying “I am having an issue. I want to trace this.”

The phone company could only tell her what time she got the call. “It's completely blocked,” a company rep told her. “I've never seen this. I'm pretty sure it's local.”

The cars that park in front of her house are very plain. But the “very new trucks are pretty decked out.”

The brand new Dodge RAMs parked outside her house have “not a dent” and are mostly painted red. One Dodge RAM blocked her driveway. When she called police, they came and questioned him. He said he was working with people burying phone lines and didn't know it was private property.

Once she stood on her front steps and watched her son being chased on foot from a friend's house down the street by a man from one of the surveillance cars. Then the interior lights in another parked car came on and she ran into the house as another man “came at me,” she related. “They scrambled my phone so it wouldn't work when I tried to call police about my son.”

So she went to a friend and she called the police.

Then an “Officer Durango” called and asked to speak with her. But he used a name for her that no one else uses. “I'm so sorry but I have to take a message,” she told him. She hit star 69 and got a small police substation.

She knows her local police well through working with them on various community projects. “Sandra,” said the officer, who was alone on duty, “we don't have an officer Durango that works for us.”

“It's like they have shifts,” Sandra told me. “One lady sits there [and pretends to be] reading a book.” Once, Sandra approached her and they engaged in “chit-chat.”

One man used to surveille her from an empty postal truck - just “sitting there taking notes,” as she described it. One day Sandra went up to him and said, “What are you doin? I'm a mom. I'm a Christian. I'm a registered nurse. I don't know why you are doing surveillance on me.”

The fake “postal guy” told her: “I can't believe this. You shouldn't really be [watched]. You don't do anything wrong… Your husband's a [correctly named his profession] - right? What does he know?”

“Nothing. He thinks I'm crazy.”

“I like this weather war scalar technology - what we can do with weather,” the rent-a-spy confided. “Can it really create or aggravate a volcano or an earthquake? I saw that email. Is that really true?”

This confirmation that her emails are being monitored gave her pause. But her computer was already an open electronic book.

She could also pull up websites discussing the North American Union - that, too, “got cars here pretty quickly,” she relates. HAARP “was another one of the sensitive” web searches that got cars out to her place. “I can sit here right now and click in HAARP and I'll have a car here in two minutes,” she told me. “I am getting a whole lot of attention from these people.”

When she goes to usaff.us and clicks on “chemtrails” - “That will get a car here so fast.” She recommends that everyone check out her photos at usaff.us..

“They've crashed my computer in so many ways,” she says. Her Norton virus shield comes one and declares: “You have 44 viruses. Clear immediately!”

Her screen goes bright red from its entire periphery into the middle. “Then whole thing's black.” So far, she's been able to unplug it and reset it. But the ZANGO virus gave her and her son “a very hard time. It wouldn't let us clear it out.”

One day, just walking out her front door, her cell phone rang and started displaying strange symbols.

So far, Sandra has filed three different police reports. At least one of the new cars parked outside her house was “written up” with a citation for having illegally tinted windows by police patrolling the neighborhood.

She “got a tag on one guy” and the police traced him to Fort Meyers, where he works for “a non-existent company at American Door.”

The agents tracking her are not too swift. One day, Sandra followed one of the cars sitting outside her house back to its headquarters. “It was the Fort Myers guy - he was the one I followed,” she told me after identifying the license plate.

Outside the “urban command center” of Critical Intervention Services she found “a huge SWAT vehicle. If you took three Hummers and put them together,” that's what the vehicle looked like, Sandra said.

Based in Clearwater, Florida, Critical Intervention Services offers “effective solutions to security and intelligence related problems.”

Clearwater is just across the bay from Tampa.

“They bring in busloads of guys to train there,” Sandra says. Black felt on the windows of the school bus bringing in all those people.

Sandra described Critical Intervention Services as “paramilitary guys with FEMA and Homeland Security.”

CIS calls itself “a protection firm” dealing with security threats including “threats of terrorism and weapons of mass destruction.”

Its “areas of specialization” include “field deployment, investigations, and remote CCTV monitoring using closed circuit surveillance systems and remote video monitoring systems monitored by the CIS Operations Center.”

Complete with badges for service and bravery, this paramilitary outfit liaisons with the federal Joint Terrorism Task Force, and offers Blackwater-style “hurricane deployments.” The freaky motto on one of their coins is New World Outrageous: “Whatever Is Necessary.”

State law enforcement police have told her. “They have no jurisdiction at all.”

According to Sandra, the police are investigating this well-funded private security company after its agents set off tear gas in hair salon - “They had to vacate it.”

She drove by the CIS headquarters in Clearwater and saw “huge bags of shredded documents overflowed two dumpsters.”

Sandra says she is seeing “black helicopters a lot here around Tampa - in the last two weeks, almost every day. One day there were six or seven up there.”

The black helos are with a special ops group out of Fort Myers. WorldNet Daily reports, "The 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment, also known as the Night Stalkers, specializes in flying at night without lights. Recently the Army admitted that black helicopters do exist. They are flown by Night Stalkers at treetop height to avoid detection and maximize surprise."

On Monday, March 15, 1999, at about 6:30 p.m., a solitary black helicopter, identified as a UH-60 Blackhawk, flew southward across Tampa Bay and hovered for five minutes over East Fourth Avenue in St. Petersburg, Florida (population 238,629), a large city on the Gulf of Mexico approximately 260 miles (416 kilometers) northwest of Miami.

“Oh yes, Nic, I recognized it. The 430 is an excellent aircraft, and a wonderful platform for customization. (Certainly beats the snot off the AH-64 Apache, one of which seems to crash every time you turn around?) Paint it black, pop in an engine silencer, and I can't think of anything smarter for our shadow government to be using,” writes a blogger named Alesh.

“I'm looking out at two cars right now,” she remarked to me during our last phone conversation. One is a Thyssen Krupp Elevator white van with a strange insignia. The guy sits there every day for about an hour and a half [with] a really creepy symbol on his truck.”

“There's just so much traffic around here,” Sandra continued. Just in the last week, the streets around the Critical Intervention headquarters have been filled with “beautiful modern semis painted solid white - no advertising, nothing” - except yellow DOT tags.

“They're just not normally around here,” Sandra said. Nor are “the all-white vans with metal mesh behind where the driver sits. They all have that. At least, “the big scary SWAT thing is gone. That thing's been sitting for two months.”

Recently, someone spray-painted two red circles on her driveway and the sidewalk outside of her gate. About the size of a 50 cent piece, she wonders if they are marking her on the Red list “for the camps.”

But these efforts at intimidation are backfiring. “It just makes me madder and more determined,” Sandra declared. “I pray every day. I'm going to continue sending out information, and keeping an eye on Critical Intervention.”

“I have a car that pulled up just now,” she added. “There he is - big antenna. He's not going to stop. He's just doing a drive-by. That's what they do.”

Knowing that the new cell phones are chipped to report the phone's location - and tired of being tracked - she “turned my cell phone on and left it under a crack house.”

An extremely well-connected source, with whom this reporter has closely collaborated on breaking stories for the past 15 years-a military technician with expertise in chemical warfare and microelectronics whom I have come to call “Hank” was used to seeing the same pair of U.S. military intelligence agents on his front steps, or waylaying him in parking lots after we had gone public with detailed reports on electromagnetic mind-and-emotion-altering “poppers” deployed by the Office of Naval Intelligence in Iraq. Or Israel's abortive nuclear airstrike on Iran.

We had both been thanked by agents Hank called “Bob” and “Dave” for making certain vital information known to the world-and its leaders-through my website. Which was why the twins were back. They knew that Hank would relay their latest briefing to me-hopefully in time to prevent a biological apocalypse.

This time, Bob and Dave had brought along an elderly gentleman “with a slight accent” from a small, distant, hot, beleaguered and closely allied country, who had wanted to meet Hank ever since reading his three-page fictional scenario back in 1995.

When Bob and Dave introduced them, Hank's new friend was carrying his copy of the “The Mission”. As Hank relayed to me, “He was upset by it because it followed and tracked what they actually did accomplish in 1996.”

Because more than a decade of illegal “Open Air” tests of biological simulants on Americans, during the 1970s and early '80s were supposedly shut down, I was surprised when Hank confirmed that the U.S. Army Medical Material Development Command (USMDA) at Fort Dietrich still issues final project grants for bio-simulants still being released over U.S. cities 20 years after this program was supposedly stood down.

“It's bad crap, but not the worst crap,” Hank told me, explaining how “at least one out of five or more genetically altered molecules” will eventually release their material to “bind with something more compatible”-such as living human cells.

It turned out that Hank's informant with an accent-an individual I will name “Ezekiel”-is closely involved with a previously unconfirmed aspect of the chemtrails program. This confirmed “insider” disclosed that military applications occasionally piggybacked on some chemtrail missions, are adding supposedly benign biological agents to chemtrails to see if these slightly sick-making agents will be absorbed and by the atmosphere, or carry to the ground where-as in previous “Open Air” experiments-crowded emergency rooms can attest to their effectiveness.

Or as Hank put it, “You can pretty much tell what the target saturation will be”-if more lethal variants are eventually used against a targeted population.

“The things people are seeing worldwide are part and parcel of a larger experiment,” Hank was told. “It's more than a 'dual use' kind of thing.”

As Ezekiel went on to explain, chemtrails are being used to bounce radiation from radar and radio transmissions “over the horizon,” clear around the globe if necessary. This artificial “aerial obscuration” as the Air Force officially terms it, is also being used to keep radiation from penetrating it-deflecting electronic spy satellite sweeps “without destroying said satellite,” Hank was told.

“Unlike frying the sat with a directed energy pulse, blocking its sensors with a temporary chemtrail shield to mask military deployments below is not considered an act of war.

In the briefing provided by his accented chemtrails source, Hank learned, “This stuff has a specific dispersal rate; a specific descent rate. Once we spray it, we are learning that it will cover X area in X amount of time.” Once these variables are known by looking for specific biological markers in chemtrails-or in people sickened enough to see their doctors-“you can say it will ht the ground with plus or minus” concentrations.

He stressed that biological simulants do not have to be inserted into chemtrails for this program to proceed. “There's another level to this that if exploited could accomplish the mission. “The fungus, the viruses, the bacteria” - living and reproducing harmlessly in the upper atmosphere - “don't have to be something that's put it in. There's some that they do. But mostly they are passively receiving information on what this material would hold onto.”

Hank was told that mad scientists experimenting with the most diabolical weapons ever conceived are determining how biological agents built in a weapons lab and spread by the same high-flying spray aircraft could be distributed to “take out” an entire country.

To recap: Chemtrails are being used for climate modification, as air traffic controllers across North America are being told, and as lab tests and documents attest.

Chemtrails laden with barium are also being used to bounce radar and radio waves long distance. Specific frequencies beamed by HAARP or other transmitters may-underline may-be used to further disrupt the minds and moods of target populations already blitzed on drugs, fluoride, aspartame and television.

Finally, as this writer has long maintained, chemtrails are not deliberate biological warfare aimed at culling entire populations.

Yet.

Instead, in a covert continuation of Open Air experiments conducting on unsuspecting citizens and wildlife in the USA, Canada and Britain since the 1970s, perhaps as many as one in 100 chemtrails are being laid down over the USA and most likely other unnamed nations in deliberate biological experiments aimed at sickening enough people to track the effectiveness of organisms delivered for the first time from high altitudes over entire regions.

The chemtrails events over outdoor gatherings, as well as many others reported upwind of cities, over sports stadiums and major parades… now appear to be confirmed as deliberate biowar experiments.

“There is currently a barium medical shortage…” I pointed out. “This seems to correlate with California state environmental statistics showing a sharp rise in barium concentrations since chemtrail spraying began in earnest in late '98, early '99.”

Hank confirmed that because of its heavy use in chemtrails, “The medical community has to use something else to give to people to image their innards.”

And because there are only a few places where barium is mined and refined, he was able to start tracking shipments back to their origins. Hank said that he had “gotten to the last 5 steps out of 20” when he was told through his chain of command “to mind my own fucking business-in those exact words.”

Ever meticulous in his crosschecking, Hank had “learned about chemtrails from several sources.” But the visiting foreign scientist introduced to him in early February 2007 was special.

“This elderly gentleman was someone who had had hands on experience with what I am talking about,” Hank told me.

It was Ezekiel who learned how to mill solidified chemical warfare agents into “ingots” that can be easily and safely transported to distribution sites, where the dusty agents are put through an impellor before being loaded into aircraft dispersal canisters or rocket nosecones.

“The one brought with the Bobbsy Twins gave credentials I consider unbreachable,” Hank told me. “He was one of the first people that had come forward” to U.S. intelligence agents “and mention that they were tying things together”-specifically, chemtrails and region-wide dispersal of bioagents.

Hank reiterated that the scientist with an accent “specifically mentioned trails in the sky when they talking about dusty agents. He was quit families with the use of them.”

Going into more detail, he relayed how solidified chemical compounds experimentally spread in chemtrails are being hit with an intense burst of energy “to send it back to its initial components.” A second pulse is then used to “repulverize” those clumps of chemicals.

“Pfft - pfft” he said, mimicking an initial energy “burster” followed after “a small lag” by a second blast.

“From HAARP,” I exclaimed into a phone suddenly jammed with static from unseasonal monsoon rains. Or…

“Exactly,” Hank confirmed.

Because the frequency of each bioagent is known, Hank's visitor “knew the exact vibratory frequency required to shatter all of the dust into its smallest components,” Hank said. And this was back in the 'Fifties. As Ezekiel told Hank, “I was doing this before you before you were born, son.”

With high-altitude dispersal capabilities now assured, this explained my second longstanding objection to biowar chemtrails-namely, that there are not enough biological warfare agents on the planet to fill a squadron of tanker planes.

Using HAARP's tightly focused beams of very high energy to pulverize small amounts of lethal bioagents into smaller-than-nano-size particles ensures that a very little nastiness goes a very long way.

“Everything is wave. Everything is frequency,” Hank repeated several times. “As long as you understand the physics of sound, and know frequencies and how to reproduce them, you're good to go.”

This includes the ability “to hit a dusty agent cloud with a frequency, and put everything [back] into its base component,” he said.

When it comes to chemtrails' deadliest purpose, Hank emphasized, “The word 'compartmentalized' does not even come close. It's not that the hand doesn't know it's attached to a body, but that the hand doesn't even know it's a hand. Or that it has a useful opposable thumb.

“Wright Patt, the Skunk Works and the SR-71-all them boys, they all fit into the same category. One person will work on the bolt to hold the plate in. It has to have 7 1/2 turns to handle 25 G's stress. What the hell is that for? He doesn't know. This guy, his entire career, he has a master's degree in physics. He makes that bolt. That's his entire reason for existing.

“Chemtrails are same way. Person A puts together 50 gallons of this material. Before loading it into the plane, “Person B does not know if it's been altered.”

Falling for the same “chaff” explanation given by the US Air Force for chemtrails spotted on Florida radars, meteorologist Karsten Brandt told RTL TV: “We can state with a 97% certainty that we have on our hands chemical trails comprised by fine dust containing polymers and metals, used to disrupt radar signals.”

But Brandt was puzzled by a glaring inconsistency in the German Army story.

“This is their main purpose, but I was surprised that this artificial cloud was so widespread,” he told German TV viewers. “The radar images are stunning considering the needed tons of dispersed elements - although, the federal army claims that only small amounts of material were propagated.”

Johannes Remmel of the Greens commented, “It's obvious that enormous regions are being polluted with clandestine actions, but all of this has to be made public.”

RTL TV went on to report three weeks when “instruments registered other activities of suspicious aircrafts, similar to the previously mentioned, above other areas of Germany.”

Concluded this news channel: “The satellite imagery [of supposed heavy contrails over Germany] is clearly counterfeited by the military. From our observations we can conclude that they fly over the regions of Westfalia, Bielefeld, the Ruhr zone to Saxony and Hamburg, forming a really dense layer of artificial cloud-cover.”

Karsten Brandt went on to file “a legal charge against unknowns for weather manipulation, based on his careful verifications and data gathered by radar through which he documented every anomalous cloud formation.”

“United States Air Force scientists working at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio, told Columbus Alive that they had been conducting two aerial spraying experiments: 'One involved aluminum oxide spraying related to global warming and the other involved barium stearate and had to do with high-tech military communications.'

“The United States Air Force describes the chemtrail theory as a 'hoax'".
